PURCHASE TERMS

• Product Pricing and Tax Exemption: The total cost of the products in our inventory includes tax.. If you are tax-exempt, you must complete the purchase first, then download the Tax Exempt Form here and submit it to info@rebotecusa.com with the subject line "Tax Exempt Form". Upon verification, we will refund the tax amount.
• Shipping Costs: An invoice for shipping costs will be sent separately before delivery. Shipping charges must be paid in full before the order is processed for shipment.
• No Refunds & Final Sale Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be eligible for a refund, chargeback, or reversal of payment.
• Terms and Conditions Agreement: Before completing a purchase, you must agree to these terms and conditions. A link to these terms will be provided at checkout.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• No Class Actions: Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, and no claims may be brought as part of a class action.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebotec USA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or damage arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the purchased product.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS & TRANSACTIONS

By using our Services, you consent to receive electronic communications, including agreements, notices, disclosures, and transactions, electronically via email or website notifications.

MISCELLANEOUS

• Severability: If any provision in these Legal Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
• No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any part of these Legal Terms does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce such terms later.
